We believe that luxury doesn’t have to be loud.
Located in the Ölfus region, just 40 minutes from Reykjavík, Black Sand Hotel offers a quiet retreat with 79 carefully designed rooms. Our goal is simple — to create a space where nature leads, and people can truly slow down.
Every part of the hotel is inspired by the elements around us: volcanic sand, raw textures, and the softness of the South Coast horizon. With Icelandic craftsmanship and Scandinavian design, we’ve built something modern, but grounded.
