

Terms of Stay
Please review the following terms before and during your stay at the hotel.
1. Reservations, Check-In & Check-Out
• Check-in is from 15:00, check-out is by 11:00.
• Guests must present a valid photo ID at check-in and complete/sign the registration card.
• All Guests must provide a valid credit card to cover potential extra charges, damages, or fines.
• Payment is due as specified in the booking confirmation, upon booking or 48 hours prior to arrival.
• Refunds and cancellations are subject to the booking’s terms. Non-refundable bookings are not eligible for reimbursement, including early departures. Long-stay bookings are not refunded for unused nights once the stay begins.
• The Hotel may refuse check-in to Guests who fail to present a valid ID or credit card, have previously caused serious damage or violated Hotel rules, or threaten the safety, health, comfort, or reputation of others or the Hotel.
• The Hotel reserves the right to terminate a stay without refund in cases of severe misconduct.
2. Guest Conduct & Responsibilities
• Minors must be supervised by their legal guardians at all times. Guardians are financially liable for any damage caused by minors.
• Guests are financially responsible for any damage to Hotel property caused by themselves or visitors. Charges may be applied to the card on file.
• Safety rules: close taps, doors, and windows when leaving the room, and do not use personal heaters or similar devices in the room.
• Prohibited behaviours include causing excessive noise, unpleasant odours, or disturbances to other Guests.
• Commercial activity or personal selling on Hotel premises is prohibited.
• Playing personal music is prohibited unless expressly approved by Hotel Management. Speakers, musical instruments, or similar sound-producing devices are not permitted.
• Guests are financially responsible for any damage they cause to furniture or furnishings within the Hotel. Repair or replacement costs may be applied accordingly.
3. Hotel Liability for Vehicles in the Parking Lot
• The Hotel is not liable for damage, theft, or loss of cars parked in the Hotel’s parking lot, including their contents or any items left inside.
• The Hotel is not responsible for damages to cars caused by natural events, including snowstorms, hail, wind, volcanic ash, coastal spray, or other force majeure events.
• Guests are responsible for safeguarding valuables; the Hotel is not liable for items left in cars instead of being stored in the provided safe.
4. Service Animals
• The Hotel permits service animals on the premises only when appropriate and valid documentation is provided.
• Guests must ensure that service animals are under control and do not cause disturbance or damage.
• The Hotel reserves the right to refuse entry or request the removal of animals that do not meet these requirements.
5. Smoking, Dangerous Goods & Prohibited Items
• The Hotel is entirely non-smoking, including tobacco, electronic cigarettes, vaporisers, and other smoking devices. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.
• Violations incur a EUR 300 fine charged to the card on file.
• The consumption of alcoholic beverages or food items not purchased from the Hotel is prohibited in all public areas. Violations may result in additional cleaning fees or penalties charged to the card on file.
6. Safety, Security & Privacy
• Night hours are 22:00–07:00; Guests must avoid excessive noise.
• The Hotel may refuse entry to non-Guests without explanation.
• Video surveillance covers common areas and entrances; recordings are visual only. Data is shared only with authorised entities under the law.
7. Miscellaneous Provisions
• Commercial photography or recordings require prior written consent from the Hotel Management.
• Guests may slightly rearrange furniture without affecting safety or function.
• Pets are prohibited.
• Lost items are kept for 1 month; food items and perishables are disposed of immediately. The Hotel follows GDPR and privacy regulations when handling personal information.
• Force majeure, including natural disasters, strikes, and pandemics, exempts the Hotel from liability.
• The Hotel reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
8. Force Majeure & Liability for Guest Property
• The Hotel shall not be held liable for loss, damage, or delay caused by events beyond the reasonable control of the Hotel or the Guest, including natural disasters, extreme weather, power outages, strikes, government actions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• If such incidents cause damage to or loss of guests’ personal belongings, compensation shall be limited to the extent of the Hotel’s insurance coverage and shall not exceed the insured amount. Guests are encouraged to obtain appropriate travel insurance for additional protection.
